Housed in a building that dates back to 1910, our home was once the Brampton Knitting Mill, a cornerstone of local industry and a symbol of early Canadian craftsmanship. Over a century later, the spirit of that heritage lives on — not just in the bricks and beams, but in every pint we pour and every dish we serve.

As you look around, you’ll find thoughtful nods to the past:

• The BKM over the fireplace honors the mill’s original name.

• The mirrors once served as doors.

• The wheels above are original pulley systems from the factory floor.

• Even the wooden sock forms were once used to shape textiles right here.
